　　BHK-21 [C-13]倉鼠腎成纖維細胞

　　描述：1961年3月，I.A. Macpherson和M.G.P. Stoker從1日齡的倉鼠建立了BHK-21 (C-13)的親本。隨后84天連續培養，僅中斷8天進行凍存，通過單細胞分離建立了13號克隆。這株細胞可用作轉染宿主，用于表達包含選擇及擴增標記的DNA(如Factor VIII,見ATCC CRL-8544)的載體。
