          MCF7 [MCF-7]人乳腺癌細(xì)胞

          描述:MCF-7細(xì)胞保留了多個(gè)分化了的乳腺上皮的特性,包括:能通過胞質(zhì)雌激素受體加工雌二醇并能形成圓形復(fù)合物(domes)。 該細(xì)胞含有Tx-4癌基因。 腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF alpha)可以抑制MCF-7細(xì)胞的生長。 抗雌激素處理細(xì)胞能調(diào)變IGFBP’S的分泌。
