　　描述：1958年九月 S.H. Madin and N.B. Darby從一只外觀正常的成年雌性英國(guó)小獵犬的腎分離等到MDCK細(xì)胞株。角蛋白免疫過(guò)氧化物酶染色呈陽(yáng)性。MDCK被用于研究β-粥樣蛋白前體的處理及其蛋白水解產(chǎn)物。
