　　C3H/10T1/2, Clone 8小鼠胚胎成纖維細(xì)胞

　　描述：該細(xì)胞系是由C. Reznikoff等（1972）從C3H系小鼠胚胎細(xì)胞分離。此細(xì)胞對(duì)過度長滿的細(xì)胞有絲分裂抑制非常敏感，在同源小鼠中不產(chǎn)生腫瘤，無自然轉(zhuǎn)化的背景，也不含明顯內(nèi)源性轉(zhuǎn)化鼠類白血病或肉瘤病毒。
