　　C6大鼠膠質瘤細胞

　　描述：膠質細胞株C6是由Benda等用N-nitrosomethylurea誘導的大鼠膠質瘤克隆，并經過一系列的體外培養和動物傳代交替后建成的。當細胞從低密度生長到滿瓶時，S-100產量增加10倍。
